- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer for an offer of equal or greater value. This applies to the offer as a whole or certain elements of it. The offer must be accepted as offered and there is no cash alternative.
- To enter the promotion, the customer must follow this process:
- Get an online quote at www.diamond.co.uk
- Enter a valid Promotional Code in the Promotion Code box on the quote engine page 'your details'.
- Quotes done via a price comparison site will not be accepted.
- Promotion Codes will expire on 31st December 2014.
- The promotion opens on 1st October 2014 at 8am and closes on 31st December 2014 at 11pm. Entries received before the opening date or after the closing date will not be accepted.
- This offer is not available to customers who have purchased a Diamond policy via a price comparison website.
- This offer may be withdrawn at any time prior to the promotion end date at the promoter's sole discretion without any notice being given to eligible consumers.
- The £50 New Look gift card will be sent to the address of the policyholder after the policy validation has taken place (14 days from policy start date). Should the customer cancel at any point during the 14 day cancellation period Diamond's standard cancellation terms will apply and the customer will no longer qualify for the New Look promotion.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and promotions.
- Entries that are incomplete, delayed, not received for whatever reason or not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. The Promoter shall not be liable for any technical or computer failures of any kind that limit or prevent any participant from purchasing a policy and/or receiving the gift card.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any failings, disruptions or cancellations caused to the gift card unless these are caused by the Promoter's negligence.
